Dr. Jason's Daily Morning Smoothie (Keto Friendly)

12 oz. Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon

1/2 Avocado

1 TBS MCT oil

1 TBS Avocado oil

1 Tsp Psyllium powder

1/2-1 tsp SweetLeaf (Stevia drops) to taste

6-10 cups Organic Spinach

4 drops Lemon Oil

4 drops Peppermint Oil

1 cup Ice

Blend in a Blendtec blender on "Smoothie" setting.

Brain Warrior Option: omit the Ice and Peppermint oil and replace with 1 cup of frozen ORGANIC blueberries.

Blueberry Ice Cream

1 1/4 cup organic half-and-half

3 TBS cane sugar or raw honey

2 1/2 cups frozen organic blueberries

Put ingredients into blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. This delicious treat has no preservatives or chemicals. Enjoy!

Black Bean Salsa

1 can organic corn
2 cans organic black beans
3 tomatoes, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 avocados, peeled, diced
  (place pits in salsa to keep avocados from turning brown)
2 TBS lime juice
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Shredded Beef

Sirloin Tip Roast
1-2 TBS Steak Seasoning of your choice
1 Tsp each of Salt and Pepper
1 slice of red onion

Place roast in a bag-lined roasting pot, fill with water to 1/2 half the thickness of the roast, sprinkle ingredients on top.  Close bag and lid.  Place in 250 degree oven for 6-8 hours.  Remove roast from bag.  Pour juice from bag into the roasting pan (or serving container or your choice).  Remove fat from roast and shred the beef with a fork. Place in the juice and serve.  Optional:  add juice from 1 bottle of banana peppers or pepperoncinis for flavor variety.
